Stavros Kalamata Reserve California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Back in 2010, Stavros planted an olive grove set in the foothills of Brentwood, CA, fulfilling a life-long dream of becoming a farmer.

To honor his Greek heritage, he planted the Kalamata olive variety from Southern Greece dating back to 1500 BC, known for its bold, fruity flavor with a peppery finish. Pressed from olives rooted in Greek legacy and nurtured in California's fertile soil, this limited-production Kalamata olive oil is a rare fusion of old-world tradition and new-world vibrancy. Naturally rich in antioxidants and abundant in heart-healthy fats and polyphenols, each small-batch bottle offers a nourishing burst of Mediterranean goodness in each golden pour. 

Over the years, Stavros has cared for his precious trees, watching them grow from tiny saplings into mature, majestic, wonders. In the early fall, the olives are gently hand-picked and on the same day are cold-pressed into olive oil and placed into barrels - Then, the oil settles and is bottled a few months later.
